This Privacy Policy explains how Dhara Labs ("we", "us", "our") handles information across the apps we publish. It applies to all Dhara Labs apps in general. Individual apps may provide a supplementary, app-specific policy where their features require it — where an app has its own policy, that policy takes precedence for that app.
1. Information Our Apps Handle
a) On-device data. Most of what our apps store — your settings, progress, saved items, and history — stays locally on your device. Where an app protects this data, it does so with on-device encryption. This data is not transmitted to us.
b) Content requests. Some apps download content (such as questions, updates, or resources) from our servers. These requests carry only the information needed to fulfil them (for example, your chosen category or language) — not your identity or your personal activity within the app.
c) Advertising identifier. Some apps display ads through Google AdMob. AdMob may use your device's advertising ID and non-personal signals (device type, OS version, and approximate location derived from IP address) to serve and measure ads, governed by Google's own privacy policy.
d) Anonymous diagnostics. If an app crashes, it may send a report containing only the error details, device model, and OS version — never your personal data or in-app content — so we can fix problems.
2. Information We Do NOT Collect
- Name, email address, phone number, or account credentials
- Precise location (GPS)
- Contacts, photos, camera, or microphone content
- Your on-device activity, progress, or saved items (these stay on your device)
- Any data we know to be from children under the age of 13
3. How We Use Information
The limited information described above is used only to:
- Provide and improve each app's core functionality
- Deliver and measure the performance of advertisements, where present
- Diagnose technical errors and improve stability
We do not sell or rent your data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Depending on the app, we may rely on third-party services, each governed by its own privacy policy:

5. Data Storage & Security
On-device data stays on your device, and sensitive data is protected with on-device encryption where an app supports it. Data exchanged with our servers is protected in transit with HTTPS. Uninstalling an app, or clearing its storage, permanently deletes its locally stored data, which cannot be recovered afterwards.
6. Children's Privacy
Our apps are not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.
7. Your Choices
- Ad personalisation: you can reset or limit your advertising ID in your device settings under Google → Ads.
- Consent (EEA/UK): where an app shows a consent form via Google UMP, you can change your choice at any time from within that app.
- Local data: clearing an app's storage or uninstalling it removes its data from your device.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of our apps after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
