How to request deletion
- Open the EverDue app.
- Go to Settings.
- Scroll to Delete my data and tap it.
- Confirm on the dialog that appears.
You'll see a confirmation message once the request completes. No account, login, or email is required — the request is tied to your app installation.
What gets deleted
- Anonymous usage statistics (feature-usage counts) associated with your installation.
- Any feedback messages you've submitted through the app.
What is kept
- Your reminders, vehicles, tenants, debts, and all other content you've entered — this data is stored only on your device and is never sent to our servers, so it is unaffected by this request. To remove it, uninstall the app or clear its data from your device's app settings.
Retention period
Deletion is immediate — no backup or retention period. Once the request succeeds, the associated usage statistics and feedback are removed from our servers right away.
